Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixer bowl, beat the egg whites well
  2. Add salt, beat until peaks form
  3. Gradually add sugar, beat until glossy
  4. Stir coconut, vanilla and almond extracts into egg whites
  5. Drop by mounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a lightly greased cookie sheet or sheets
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes
  7. Cool on cookie sheet for about 5 minutes
  8. Remove from cookie sheet with a metal spatula
  9. Place on a wire rack to cool
  10. GREAT FOR CHRISTMAS
