Prawns with Spaghetti and Basil

Ingredients:

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g raw prawns
  • 400 g pasta
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 50 g basil

Directions:

  1. Roast tomatoes for 25min
  2. Run a cut along the back of the prawn and remove any dark/black veins
  3. Cook the spaghetti for about 8 - 9 min
  4. Cook the garlic and prawns in a seperate pan
  5. Drain the pasta retunr to pan, add the tomatoes, prams, basil and seasoning.
  6. Enjoy
