Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp heaped mixed spice
  • 8 oz butter
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Gently fry the shrimps, salt pepper, spices and paprika in 2oz butter.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Beat the other 6 oz butter in a bowl until creamed. Mix in the shrimp mixture.
  4. Put into a well oiled mould and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
