Potluck Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 3 bunches broccoli
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Cut broccoli into small pieces
  2. Dice green onions.
  3. Crumble crisp bacon
  4. Add all other ingredients for the salad.
  5. Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a separate bowl and whisk until smooth.
  6. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
