Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Combine the dried oregano and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices, thinner =better.
  4. Place the potatoes in cold water.
  5. Drain and dry.
  6. Place a third of the potatoes in a greased pie plate.
  7. Top this with 1 tbsp of the butter
  8. Add half of the feta cheese, half of the sun-dried tomatoes, half of the oregano/pepper mix.
  9. Repeat layers until everything is used ending in potatoes at the top.
  10. Top with remaining butter ( about 1 tbsp left).
  11. Cover with aluminum foil.
  12. Bake for 50 minutes.
  13. Uncover and bake for a additional 15 minutes
  14. Turn onto a plate and serve.
