Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp dried dill
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 quart water

Directions:

  1. Slice onions and carrots and dice garlic; saute in oil until translucent
  2. Add veat, oregano, and dill and saute until glistening.
  3. Add water and salt and boullion and bring to a boil
  4. Peel and dice potatoes and add to soup
  5. Keep at a low boil for 15 minutes
