Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place Potatoes & 1/4 tsp salt in a medium pan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce to simmer and cover for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Drain.
  5. For dressing, combine Mayonaise, Mustard, 1/2 tsp Salt, and Pepper.
  6. Stir in Celery, Onion and Pickle.
  7. Stir in Eggs and Potatoes.
  8. Save some sliced Eggs and Paprika to decorate top of salad.
  9. Enjoy!
