Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Layer half of potatoes in a buttered shallow casserole.
  3. Combine cilantro, ground mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle half of spice mixture over potatoes.
  5. Layer remaining potatoes on top and sprinkle with rest of spice mix.
  6. Top with cheese and slowly pour cream over potatoes.
  7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are soft and top is golden brown.
