Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the Potatoes in pieces and put it in the bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, gherkins, cheese, onion, bacon.
  3. Mix well together.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise and a 1/4 cup of milk, until smooth.
  5. Pour it over the potato salad and mix well.
  6. Put in fridge to cool and serve with 'braaivleis' or barbeque.
