Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown the beef and drain fat.
  2. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine onion, oregano, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Mix the soup and milk until smooth and then add the potatoes and ground beef.
  7. Spread in a 9X13 pan and dot with butter.
  8. Pour the tomato sauce over top, but do not stir.
  9. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
  11. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
