Potato Hot Or Cold Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 medium white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 medium sized juicey tomatoes
  • 1/2 medium red chilli (deseed if want)
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp thai allspice

Directions:

  1. Cut up potatoes into cubes and boil in salted water
  2. Once these are cooked put to one side
  3. Finely chop onion and garlic and add to a hot frying pan that has plenty of olive oil
  4. Fry the onion and garlic for a moment or two and add the potatoes and tomatoes, mustard seeds, chilli, allspice and oregano
  5. When to onions are nice and soft you are ready...
  6. Add a little salt and plenty of black pepper
  7. Serve
