Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Saute mushrooms until juices are reabsorbed stirring often.
  4. Cook gnocchi according to package directions.
  5. Add garlic to mushrooms and cook 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in milk, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and toss
  7. Drain gnocchi and add it to skillet tossing until cheese melts, about 1 minute.
