Directions:

  1. Chop up potatoes then bring broth, salt, onions, celery and potatoes to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  3. Add half and half then warm through without boiling.
  4. Serve into bowls and top with crumbled bacon, chopped green onions or shredded cheese.
