Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash all vegg
  2. Put half stock cube into the water jug
  3. Peal skin off onion and chop
  4. Peal skin off potato and chop
  5. Put olive oil into pot ant put on gas hobb
  6. Put potato and onion into pot and fry a high heat
  7. After its fried turn down heat to low
  8. Put water and stock cube into pot
  9. Chop leak and put it into the pot
  10. Pour milk into the pot
  11. Put lid on pot and leave for 10 mins to simmer
  12. Check and stir very couple of mins
  13. (THIS IS OPTIONAL!!!) take pot off the hob and onto a pot stand.
  14. Take a handblender and blend the soup.
  15. Put into bowl an enjoy!!
  16. Add salt and pepper if needed!!
