Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200deg C.
  2. Lightly grease an 8 cup capacity ovenproof dish.
  3. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
  4. Add potato slices and cook 5 mins; drain...
  5. Layer 1/3 potato slices into dish.
  6. Scatter with 1/3 of ham. Repeat layers finishing with the ham.
  7. Empty soup sachet into a bowl and stir in sour cream, water and parsley. Pour over potatoes.
  8. Combine breadscrumbs and cheese and scatter over the top.
  9. Spray well with oil spray, and bake 25 mins until golden and tender.
  10. Serve with salad and crusty bread!
