Ingredients:

  • 2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 (12 oz) can beer
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Brown beef and onion, drain.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients in a crock pot.
  3. Cook over low setting for 12-24 hours. Add chili powder as desired.
