Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pierce holes in pork
  2. Rub EVOO all over the pork
  3. Pour balsamic vinegar all over pork
  4. Pour worcestershire sauce all over pork
  5. Pour red wine all over pork
  6. Sprinkle with garlic salt
  7. Rub herbs over meat
  8. Pour water, a couple shakes of worcestershire sauce and red wine in bottom of baking pan.
  9. Put pork on a rack in the pan
  10. Bake 350 for 18-20 minutes per pound.
  11. After cooked, the sauce in bottom of pan can be poured over meat.
  12. ***REMEMBER, PORK CAN BE SLIGHTLY PINK!! DON'T OVER-COOK OR IT WILL GET TOUGH!!!
  13. ***Cook to about 155 degree internal temperature and let meat set for 10 minutes before serving.
