Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 can water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix mince, onion, egg, rice and salt and pepper
  2. Form into small meatballs
  3. In a pot heat soup, water and honey
  4. Add meatballs to hot soup mix, bring to the boil and reduce to simmer cover and cook until rice in meatballs is tender
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes
