Ingredients:

  • 1 &1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup cornsyrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • and of course popcorn

Directions:

  1. Pop enough popcorn to fill a large bowl (no kernals)
  2. Mix the sugar, butter, cornsyrup and vanilla all at once and bring to a boil (stovetop).
  3. Simmer till carmel colour: stir.
  4. Pour/Blend onto popcorn in a bowl.
  5. Eat and enjoy!
