Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Drizzle chicken with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasoning. Roast chicken until done, and then let cool. Peel the skin from the chicken breast, and pull chicken off the bone into bite sized pieces, and put on the bottom of a greased 13X9 casserole dish.
  2. Mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, mushrooms and poppyseeds and pour mixture over chicken in casserole dish.
  3. Mix crushed crackers with the melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.
  4. Place in preheated 350°F oven until warmed through or soup begins to bubble, about 20-25 minutes.
