Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small package instant lemon pudding
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and oil. add all ingredients.
  2. Blend 4 minutes
  3. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
  4. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until slightly brown
