Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup club soda

Directions:

  1. Cut sour cream into biscuit mix.
  2. Add club soda and mix.
  3. Turn out dough on floured surface.
  4. Roll dough with rolling pin til about one inch thick.
  5. Cut dough with biscuit cutter and place in buttered iron skillet.
  6. Place a pat of butter on each biscuit and bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until browned to your liking.
