Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in saucepan (with garlic if using cloves).
  2. Drain Meat.
  3. Add sauce, mushrooms, carrots, seasonings, rice & water.
  4. Bring to a slight boil.
  5. Cover saucepan.
  6. Reduce heat.
  7. Cook covered until rice is done (approx. 10-15 minutes at my house).
  8. Enjoy.
  9. (Note: the amounts depend on what you have at hand and how many you are serving. This fed two people.).
