Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
  3. Cook until thick and syrupy, about 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Ladle hot sauce into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  5. Process 20 minutes in a boiling-water canner.
  6. Yields 4 pints. (1 pint serves 4).
