Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the potatoes and contents of sauce mix in a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. In a large saucepan, bring the tomatoes, water and oregano to a boil. Pour over potatoes. Top with pepperoni.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 50-60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Yield: 4 servings.
