Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 5 3/10 oz
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 oz

Directions:

  1. 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  2. 2.5 tsp sugar
  3. 5.3 oz = 2/3 c rice milk
  4. 5 oz (2/3 c) potato starch
  5. 1/2 c flour blend**
  6. 1 1/2 tsp xanthum gum
  7. 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  8. 1/2 c marinara sauce
  9. *Add allergen free cheese
  10. Preheat oven to 425. First dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Set aside to foam for approx. 5 min. Blend all dry ingredients and add yeast mixture. Add the vinegar, and spices if desired (I use Italian seasoning and Minced Onions). Dough is very soft. Spray pan with oil. Spread dough evenly on pan. Bake on bottom rack for 10 minutes or until light brown. Add the sauce & cheese. Bake on middle rack for 10 minutes or until done.
  11. Makes 1 pizza or use dough for bread, rolls, bread sticks. 4 servings, 2 slice each serving.
  12. **Carol's Sorghum Blend
  13. 1.2 c sorghum flour
  14. 1.5 c potato starch
  15. 1 c tapioca flour
  16. (this is what I use you could also substitute with your flour blend of choice)
