Pitachio Sun-dried Tomato Spread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On plastic wrap spread half of cream cheese into a rectangle shape about 1/4 inch thick
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and repeat with remaining cream cheese
  3. Fridge untill chilled, least 2 hrs.
  4. Place 1 layer of cream cheese on a serving plate
  5. Distribute the tomato Spread evenly on top to edges
  6. Spread half of pesto overe the spread.
  7. Place second layer of cream cheese on top
  8. Spread remaining pesto evenly over cheese
  9. Top with tomatoes and half of Pistachios.
  10. Loosely press remaining Pistachios around the sides.
  11. Serve with crackers.
