Ingredients:

  • 112 g (4 4-inch) whole wheat pita breads
  • 2 (large) cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Cut pita into eighths and separate the wedges. Lay rough side up on a cookie sheet. Gently heat oil, garlic, and spices in a small saucepan. Brush lightly onto each pita wedge and broil 6 away from heat for under 1 minute, or until lightly browned and crisp.
