Pistachio Pudding Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 5 1/4 oz packages miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or 1/4 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple and dry pistachio pudding mix.
  2. Fold in thawed whipped topping, marshmallows and optional nuts until well mixed.
  3. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
  4. Cooking time is chill time.
