Pinto Bean Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups pinto beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mash pinto beans (I used dried beans and cook - you can also use rinsed can beans)
  2. Add all ingredients
  3. Mix together
  4. Pat into patties
  5. Cook on stove top on medium heat until brown - flip and brown other side
