Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 roll ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple, but reserve 3 tablspoons of juice
  2. Mix sugar and flour.
  3. Add pineapple juice.
  4. Stir in pineapple and cheese; mix well.
  5. Pour intio buttered dish
  6. Mix crumbled crackers and melted margarine in separate bowl
  7. Sprinkle on top of casserole
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
