Pineapple Bread Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 number 2 can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 6 slices of cubed bread

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs, and pineapple and mix well
  3. Fold in bread
  4. Bake for 45 min at 350 in uncovered, greased dish
