Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour and sugar.
  2. Drain the pineapple, reserving 1 1/2 cups of juice.
  3. Add juice to flour mixture; mix well.
  4. Stir in the pineapple and cheese.
  5. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover and stir; bake 10 minutes longer.
  8. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over the pineapple mixture.
  9. Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes or until tests clean.
