  1. In a large bowl, stir together the cheese, onion, mayonaise and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Add pimentos and season with Tobasco sauce and salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with celery stalks or crackers. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
