Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except preesrves then roll out very thin.
  2. Cut into squares then put preserves in middle then fold corners over.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar then bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
