Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup crisco
  • 1 tsp crisco
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 -3 tbsp cold water
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/3 cups crisco
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tsp water
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup crisco
  • 1 tsp crisco
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Cut crisco into flour and salt.
  2. Add cold water and mix (except for the vinegar and fried piecrust you add the egg and vinegar and water).
  3. -VINEGARPIE CRUST -.
  4. Mix everything together and roll out on floured surface.
  5. Cut crisco into flour and salt.
  6. Add egg, water and vinegar.
  7. -FRIEDPIE CRUST -.
  8. Cut flour into crisco and salt, add egg, water, and vinegar.
  9. Mix well and roll out on floured surface.
  10. Add the filling of your choice and fry in hot oil.
  11. Drain on papertowels.
