Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. With alittle oil brown pork in a heavy skillet
  2. Add vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorn and water.
  3. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20 mins
  4. When the juice is absorbed just another cup of water.
  5. Cover and let simmer until pork becomes tender. and all the juice is absorbed
  6. Serve hot.
