Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large, heavy saute pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped garlic, onions, and bell pepper; saute until soft.
  3. Add meat; cook and stir until browned.
  4. Drain off excess fat.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce and cilantro.
  6. Simmer until cilantro wilts.
  7. Remove from heat, and cool until mixture can be handled.
  8. Wrap 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat in an egg roll wrapper to form a triangle.
  9. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  10. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or deep fry pan to 360 degrees F (168 degrees C).
  11. Fry patties in hot oil until golden brown.
  12. When done, transfer to plates lined with paper towels to drain.
