Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (about 3 oz) 3/4-inch stale bread cubes
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400° F. Place the bread in a large bowl. Stir in the pesto, salt, and pepper and toss well to combine. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden, about 10 minutes
