Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweeteened apple juice
  • water , as needed

Directions:

  1. Cook rice,oats and generous amount of water in pot until done rice should be extra tender and oats will be cooked.
  2. Put cooked rice/oat mixture in blender and blend with the unsweeteened apple juice and water{after i put the cooked rice/oats and juice in the blender i pour water in until the mixture reaches the 5 cup mark}.
  3. Blend starting on low for 2 min the on high for 3-5 min unyil completely smooth.
  4. Transfer finished 'milk' into old jug or pitcher and enjoy.
