Perfect Rice-Oat Milk {vegan}

just like it sounds rice oat milk sweetened with unsweetened apple juice yummy b/c rice milk is too thin and oat milk is too thick.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry long grain white rice
1/2 cup unsweeteened apple juice
1/2 cup dry quick oats
water, as needed
Directions:
1. cook rice,oats and generous amount of water in pot until done rice should be extra tender and oats will be cooked.
2. put cooked rice/oat mixture in blender and blend with the unsweeteened apple juice and water{after i put the cooked rice/oats and juice in the blender i pour water in until the mixture reaches the 5 cup mark}.
3. blend starting on low for 2 min the on high for 3-5 min unyil completely smooth.
4. transfer finished 'milk' into old jug or pitcher and enjoy.
