Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Pierce brisket 12 times on both sides.
  3. Sprinkle one package of soup mix on one side and press in with back of spoon.
  4. Turn over and repeat with other package of soup mix.
  5. Strew vegetables around your meat.
  6. Pour Pepsi over meat to cover.
  7. Secure heavy duty aluminum foil over your roasting pan.
  8. Bake for one hour per pound.
  9. Turn off oven and let sit inside the oven for one hour.
  10. Take out your roasting pan, slice and put back into the juices.
  11. Absolutely fabulous!
