Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread dish with nonstick vegetable spray.
  4. Line dish with bread slices.
  5. Layer Monterey Jack, Cheddar and bacon.
  6. In large bowl, beat eggs.
  7. Add milk, salt and pepper; beat until blended well.
  8. Pour over cheese-bacon mixture in dish.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
