Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1 -2 dash pepper ( i use cayenne)
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • salt (to taste)

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, melt butter.
  2. Add worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and pepper; stir to combine.
  3. Add in the pecans; stir to coat.
  4. Spread pecans on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
