Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the milk, eggs, salt and oregano.
  2. Stir in the flour, blending well.
  3. Add the cheese and pepperoni, sitrring to combine.
  4. Put in a buttered 9 x13 pan.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cut into squares- large for a breakfast or brunch, or smaller for appetizers.
