Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter
  • filling
  • 1 gallon of softned peppermint ice cream
  • topping
  • 2 - 3 oz. cans evaporated milk

Directions:

  1. Mix oreos and butter
  2. Press in a 9 x 13 pan
  3. Spread softened peppermint Ice cream ( use Blue Bunny brand) on the crust
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and the milk.
  5. Pour over icecream.
  6. Top with cool whip and serve.
  7. Store in freezer wrapped in plastic.
