Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter or 3 tbsp margarine
  • 1 1/2-2 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups pecan halves

Directions:

  1. In small skillet melt butter.
  2. Add garlic, Tabasco and salt.
  3. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Toss pecans with butter mixture.
  5. Spread in single layer on baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 250 degrees F 1 hour or until pecans are crisp, stirring occasionally.
