Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Grease jelly roll pan.
  3. FOR CRUST: Beat flour, sugar, butter and salt in large bowl on medium speed until crumbly (mixture will be dry).
  4. Press firmly in pan.
  5. Bake until light golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  6. Prepare filling.
  7. For Filling: Mix all ingredients except pecans until well blended.
  8. Stir in pecans.
  9. Pour filling over baked layer; spread evenly.
  10. Bake until set, about 25 minutes; cool.
  11. Cut into 1 1/2 squares.
  12. Makes about 70 squares.
