Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted )
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F; grease a 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix all of the crust ingredients at medium speed until crumbly. Press firmly in pan and 1/4 inch up the sides. Bake 15 minute.
  3. Mix all of the filling ingredients except nuts together until well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour evenly over crust. Bake another 20 minute.
  4. Cool completely before cutting.
