Pecan Meringue Kisses

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 splenda
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and tartar until stiff peak.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  3. Gently fold in Splenda then nuts. Do not overmix.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto parchment paper.
  5. Bake 375 for 10 minutes
